Professional Background
Lorayne Haye, MS, CN, CSNC, is a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant with over 30 years of experience. She is extensively educated in the principles of Functional Nutrition, which focuses on identifying the root causes of chronic health conditions and their associated nutrient deficiencies, rather than simply managing symptoms. Her career encompasses a wide range of settings, including hospitals, transitional care units, assisted living facilities where shes was a Dietary Service Director (DSD), the fitness industry where she competed regionally and nationally as a Ms. Fitness Competitor and was a C.E.U. provider for American Council on Exercise (ACE) for her original Body B.A.R. class, and as a national exam proctor for A.F.A.A.for both the personal training and group exercise certifications. Including the luxury spa industry where she was the Nutrition Program Director for Cal-a-Vie Spa, including being an auditor for the dietary supplements and functional foods sector. Lorayne has also worked in private practice alongside Dr. Mark Stengler NMD as his Nutrition Program Director. Her diverse background has established her as a sought-after consultant across the food, fitness, and nutrition sectors.
Education and Credentials
Lorayne holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, along with additional degrees in Applied Health Nutrition & Kinesiology, and Gerontology. She is a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach through NASM, certified in Nutrition and Optimal Aging from Mira Costa College, and certified in Exercise Science and Fitness Instruction from UCSD. In addition, Lorayne is well-versed in food safety and sanitation, having taught seminars on these topics, including the science of food safety. She holds a Food Safety and Sanitation certification from the University of Florida and is Serve Safe certified.

Lorayne specializes in women’s health, with a focus on imbalances such as PCOS and adrenal dysfunction, autoimmune disorders, thyroid dysfunction and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, weight loss, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular issues. As a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and prior competitive athlete in a variety of sports, she is a respected educator in women’s sports nutrition and recovery. Her evidence-based yet approachable style has earned her numerous accolades for the seminars, webinars, and retreats she has led.
